To display address, simply click on the account name or select "Show my addresses" by pressing on button next to the account name. A click on an address will show a QR-code associated with this address, the address itself and its label for your own use.

In order to create new address, select "Create new address" from the drop down menu. Your account can have up to 10 addresses for each cryptocurrency.

If you get the Invalid email or password error, please try to reset your password. In case nothing arrives to your inbox, please try again and also check your SPAM/Trash folder. Still nothing? Then you probably used some other email for signing up with us.

If you get the Unknown Device/IP-address detected! error, you must verify your computer/smartphone via an emailed verification link (Don't forget to check SPAM folder). Both the login attempt and the click on the verification link from you email must be performed on the same device. If, for example, you log in from your desktop computer but click on verification link on your smartphone, verification will fail. It is better to use same browser for login and link verification.

If you get the An error was encountered error, please try logging in from another browser or device (laptop, tablet etc.) Clearing browser's cookies might also help.

If you get the IP is not allowed error, then you have activated trusted IP addresses for your account and so you must log in from the IP address, which you have set in your account settings. If your IP has changed, we can disable the IP-Verification on your account manually. Please get in touch with support.

From the signin page click on the "Forgot password?" link. You'll be prompted to enter the email address you provided when you registered for your Cryptonator account to generate an automatic email containing instructions for resetting your password. In case nothing arrives to your inbox, please try again and also check your SPAM/Trash folder. Still nothing? Then you probably used some other email for signing up with us.

Please note, that due to the security reasons, there will be a cooldown period of 7 days before you can withdraw funds from your account.

Due to the design of the cryptocurrency protocols, both incoming and outgoing transactions need some time to get confirmed by the network. During this period the amount sent to your account will be noted as "Pending". Confirmation time varies and depends on many factors, but usually lies within 10 to 30 minutes. However, in some cases (during heavy network load), it may take up to several hours or even days.

Unfortunately, tens of thousands of unconfirmed transactions in the mempool became a norm nowadays while there must be not more than 3-6K transactions in order for the network to process payments quickly, and so it works very slowly. You just need to wait for your transaction to get confirmed, there's nothing we can do about this, it affects everyone on the market.

CRYPTONATOR HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OVER THE CONFIRMATION PROCESS, AND CANNOT EXPEDITE TRANSACTIONS. THIS IS ALWAYS DEPENDENT UPON THE BITCOIN NETWORK OF MINERS, WHICH WE ARE NOT A PART OF.

Please make sure that the sent amount is above or equals the minimum. Transactions below the set minimum will not be credited to your account!

Please make sure that the payment was actually sent by visiting an appropriate block explorer and then searching for your address, where you expect your coins to arrive.

If the transaction and amount is listed here then it's a matter of waiting until it arrives. This is usually happens in 10-30 minutes, but on rare occasions can take a few hours or days to complete. During this period the amount sent to your account will be noted as "Pending".

If there is no transaction and expected amount on the list, then nothing was sent to your account. You should check it with the sender.

  • Ethereum - minimum 0.001 ETH
  • Litecoin LTC - minimum 0.005 LTC
  • Monero XMR - minimum 0.001 XMR

Incoming transactions below the above mentioned minimums are not processed by our accounting system and will not be credited to your account. We also can not accumulate smaller payments or return it back to sender.

Why we do this? Incoming micro-transactions disrupt our service when it comes to sending your cryptocurrency payments. When there are too many input transactions get included in an outgoing transaction, system gets "Transaction too large" error and cannot automatically sign it. This is due to lots of tiny incoming transactions automatically included in it, which exceeded the maximum transaction size in bytes allowed by the cryptocurrency protocols. 

Don't panic! They are not lost. There are a number of reasons why your coins might not show up yet, and a number of ways to diagnose them.

Under the ACTIVITY section of your wallet you can find the corresponding transaction number, which confirms your outcoing payment. The given transaction number can be checked online by visiting an appropriate block explorer and then searching for a transaction or an address you've sent your coins to.

If the transaction is listed here then it's a matter of waiting until it arrives. You might want to contact the recipient and provide him/her with the transaction number (TXID), withdrawal address and the amount sent.

Fees are deducted from your account balance, not from the amount you send. Cryptonator automatically subtracts fees from your available balance when sending coins. This is why your available balance (reduced by the amount of fee) is less, than your total balance.

No. Once transactions are sent to the cryptocurrency network there is no way to recall or cancel them.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design. Any transaction issued with cryptocurrency cannot be reversed, they can only be refunded by the person receiving the funds.

Cryptonator has no intention to support Bitcoin Gold/Bitcoin Diamond as it is hard to predict how long these currencies will survive and if they will have future market value. However, if markets proof otherwise, we might consider adding Bitcoin Cash/Bitcoin Diamond to Cryptonator. In such case all customers which hold Bitcoin BTC will be credited the equivalent amount of new currency as of their Bitcoin balance the date of fork.

There are number of ways you can add additional protection to your account:

  • Do not use same passwords for your email and your wallet;
  • Activate 2-step-verification via Google Auth, SMS or Telegram;
  • If you have a static IP, you can add it to the Trusted IP addresses;
  • Always keep the Smart auth protection turned on;
  • Activate instant security notification;
  • Always make sure you are on the cryptonator.com website prior to login;
