In your account click on the "EXCHANGE" tab. Select a currency you want to sell and a currency you want to buy. The exchange rate will be displayed inbetween.
No. You get the exact amount displayed on the exchange preview. However, of course, there`s a difference between buy and sell rates.
Cryptonator enables setting up an automatic exchange rule for any of your cryptocurrency wallets. Auto exchange rule means, that any funds deposited (i.e. sent) to the selected wallet will be automatically exchanged to the set currency at the actual exchange rate. Funds already on the account will not be affected. Funds that come from exchange operations will not be affected as well. Only funds directly deposited to the wallet will be exchanged.
To activate the auto exchange, click on the wallet name and select "Activate Auto Exchange". In the modal window select the target currency and click the "Activate Auto Exchange" button.
Once the rule is activated, you will see a blue badge next to the account name. The auto exchange rule can be activated/deactivated at any time.
Please note: You cannot activate the rule for the account, which is currently used in an auto exchange scheme. For example, if you set to automatically exchange DOGE to BTC, you cannot set auto exchange for BTC.
We reserve right to temporarily suspend some currencies from exchange. Please try again later.
The amount you were trying to exchange was too small. It must meet the following criteria:

Ethereum ETH - min 0.001 ETH
Ethereum Classic ETC - min 0.001 ETC
Litecoin LTC - min 0.001 LTC
Monero XMR - min 0.001 XMR
Ripple XRP - min 1 XRP
Zcash ZEC - min 0.0001 ZEC
Please note that both amounts "To sell" and "To buy" must meet the above mentioned criteria. Please adjust the exchange amount accordingly.
