No. All deposits and incoming transactions are processed free of charge.
Yes, thanks for asking! There are minimum deposit amounts, depending on the currency:
Bitcoin - minimum 0.0001 BTC
Bitcoin Cash - minimum 0.0001 BCH
Dash DASH - minimum 0.001 DASH
Dogecoin DOGE - minimum 10 DOGE
Ethereum ETH - minimum 0.001 ETH
Litecoin LTC - minimum 0.001 LTC
Monero XMR - minimum 0.001 XMR
Ripple XRP - minimum 1 XRP
Zcash ZEC - minimum 0.0001 ZEC
Incoming transactions below the above mentioned minimums are not processed by our accounting system and will not be credited to your account. We also can not accumulate smaller payments or return it back to sender.
Why we do this? Incoming micro-transactions disrupt our service when it comes to sending your cryptocurrency payments. When there are too many input transactions get included in an outgoing transaction, system gets "Transaction too large" error and cannot automatically sign it. This is due to lots of tiny incoming transactions automatically included in it, which exceeded the maximum transaction size in bytes allowed by the cryptocurrency protocols.
Due to the design of the cryptocurrency protocols, both incoming and outgoing transactions need some time to get confirmed by the network. Confirmation time varies and depends on many factors, but usually lies within 10 to 30 minutes. However, in some cases (during heavy network load), it may take up to several hours or even days.
During this period the amount sent to your account will be noted as "Pending".
Please note: Cryptonator has absolutely no control over the confirmation process, and cannot expedite transactions. this is always dependent upon the bitcoin network of miners, which we are not a part of.
Is there a maintenance notification or the OFFLINE badge next to the wallet?
The wallet is currently offline for maintenance and unable to receive or send transactions. It is also not possible to generate new deposit addresses.
Once the maintenance is over and the offline status disappears, all transactions sent to the wallet`s deposit addresses during offline period will be credited to your balance.
Is the expected amount noted as "Pending" on the account`s balance?

When a cryptocurrency payment is successfully sent to the blockchain, software automatically creates corresponding transaction ID/hash for it. For example, a bitcoin transaction ID/hash looks like 77e1955b9a33be05dbcceb5871ca9e38907d7d51fb378d072e2c0adf4. Using transaction ID you can easily check the status of your payment.
Do you have a transaction ID/hash for your missing payment?
Please make sure the payment was indeed sent and has enough network confirmations.
You can check incoming payment by visiting an appropriate block explorer and then searching for your transaction id/hash.
Please make sure the sent amount equals or above the transaction minimum.
