As soon as you hit the "Send" button Cryptonator places your transaction in the sending queue. Time required to send your transaction out to the network depends on its place in the sending queue and normally takes less then a minute, sometimes 1-2 minutes.
However, settlement of outgoing transactions is governed by the speed of confirmations on the blockchain (the public ledger of all cryptocurrency transactions). Typically, a single confirmation on the Bitcoin blockchain happens within ten to twenty minutes, Litecoin and Dogecoin - within two to five minutes.
Confirmation time varies from currency to currency and does not depend on Cryptonator, but on the speed of the particular cryptocurrency protocol. In some cases, it may take up to several hours. Especially when a network is overloaded with transactions.
No. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design. Any transaction issued with cryptocurrency cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Please check the status of your payment under the ACTIVITY section of your wallet.
What is the status of your payment?
Please visit the ACTIVITY section of your wallet and click on the payment to see details: date and trasnaction number. For example, a bitcoin transaction number(TXID) looks like 77e1955b9a33be05dbcceb5871ca9e38907d7d51fb378d072e2c0adf4.
You can check an outgoing payment by visiting an appropriate block explorer and then searching for your transaction number(TXID).
The payment has been sent. The issue is on the recipient`s side. We recommend you to contact the recipient and provide him/her with the transaction number (TXID), withdrawal address and the sent amount.

Unfortunately, our service provider has temporarily suspended withdrawals to bank accounts due to the new regulations. We are working together to re-enable bank withdrawals soon.
You have created new Ripple deposit address. The Ripple network requires 10 XRP to be on any active address hold as a reserve.
This amount does not go anywhere and permanently deposited on your address so it remains active, it is not reflected on your Cryptonator balance and cannot be refunded. Basically this is just a one-time payment for creating an active Ripple address.
This is noted when you create new Ripple address.
No. Cryptonator wallet is ERC20 incompatible. You should never send ETH directly to ICO, as we are unable crediting their tokens, this is noted under the SEND section of your wallet when you make an Ethereum payment.
